Technical issues

1. Will the voice-tags in the instrumentals in your store be removed after I purchase the instrumental?

Yes, all voice-tags will be removed from the instrumental with the purchase of any license.

2. I clicked the "Buy Now" button but nothing happens. What should I do ?

Please empty the cache of your browser or change your browser.


3. Can I read full terms of use before I buy a license?

4. What are the different license options you offer?

5. I have purchased a license. Can I make changes to the instrumental that I bought a license for?

You may only alter the instrumental’s song structure (i.e. Intro, Verse, Chorus can be changed to Intro, Chorus, Verse), length, tempo, pitch or key. Sampling or any other alterations or modifications of the instrumental without permission of Conlantic GmbH is not allowed. In case lyrics are supplied with the instrumental, the change of lyrics requires the permission of Conlantic GmbH, unless you use completely different lyrics with the instrumental.

6. Can I use the instrumental for my YouTube channel or my Website?

Yes. The Licensor maintains the unlimited, worldwide rights to register his instrumentals and songs with a content-ID program such as CDBaby and be the sole administrator of Youtube rights. Using such a content ID program is a way to protect your videos from receiving fraudulent claims by third parties that claim the ownership of rights to the instrumental, especially since your license is non-exclusive. CDBaby will scan Youtube videos for audio material produced by YPANICK (Conlantic GmbH) and automatically send a copyright claim, which will disable your video from the monetization option temporarily. However, your video will keep playing without any other limitations. When you receive a claim from CDBaby on your Youtube Channel or on your related gmail-account for the instrumental you licensed from Conlantic GmbH, please respond to that claim and "file a dispute" (see: your Youtube Channel under Video-Manager, how to "file a dispute"). Please indicate in the reply option: "I have a licence or permission from the proper rights holder to use this material". In the explanation box, please fill in this exact message: "I have a license from Conlantic GmbH to use this music in my video and monetize it". CDBaby will then remove the copyright claim and enable your video again for monetization. In case you wish support from us to supervise the claim, please send the following details: link(s) to the video(s), your full name, and email address used for purchase to: service(at)

7. Does YPANICK customize instrumentals ?

At the moment YPANICK does not offer custom made instrumentals.

8. What does a non-exclusive lease mean?

A non-exclusive lease of an instrumental means, that several licensees can own the right of use.

9. Can I re-sell the instrumental after purchasing a license?

No, you are not allowed to re-sell an instrumental or transfer the rights of your license to a third person under no circumstances, whether in whole or part to any other party (see details in your license under: Ownership).


10. What do I get when I purchase a license?

Each purchase includes the contract/license stating your rights of ownership, a receipt and the instrumental files.

Song Lease: 1 untagged MP3-instrumental-file, 1 finished song example file, Lyrics

Basic Lease: 1 untagged MP3-instrumental-file

Premium & Professional Lease: 3 untagged WAV-instrumental-files (each with a different key: reference key as in the demo, 2 half tones pitched up, 2 half tones pitched down)

You will recieve a download link to dropbox. Click the "MP3", the "Trackout" and "Contract" buttons to download all your files. On the dropbox page, enter the delivered password (with the download links) to access the files.

11. I want to buy an instrumental. Do I have to sign up before?

No, there is no need to sign up before you can buy a license.

12. What currencies can I pay in ?

At this time in US-$ only.

13. How can I settle the payment? What payment method do you offer?

After pressing the "Buy Now" button, you will be transferred to the PayPal page, where you can choose to pay via your PayPal account or with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express).

14. How long do I have to wait to receive the instrumental I purchased?

Usually you get all files instantly to your PayPal email address after your payment is settled. Sometimes there might be a delay of up to 2 hours. Please also check your spam folder. In case you did not receive the download link, please contact us via our e-mail-address service(at)

15. After the purchase, can I get a refund?

Any purchase is firm and final. Please be sure to choose carefully before buying.

16. If I purchased a license and reach the commercial limits given in that license, what do I have to do?

Either you buy a new license which meets your requirements or you contact us with your purchasing details for an individual offer via e-mail: service(at)


17. I have a song I made on a YPANICK instrumental. How can I send them to you?
